Zucchini cake with almonds and lime

SUMMER ZUCCHINI CAKE WITH ALMONDS AND LIME TO MATCH

I've refined my Zucchini cake with ground almonds and the abrasion of a lime. The lime gives the cake a light, very aromatic, stands out but is dominant and the fine almonds give it a nice consistency.

Also, I have not overdone it with the sugar and brown instead of white sugar used. The Zucchini cake is not as sweet. You should include more of the "Sweet", then I recommend that You simply 50 g to use more sugar, or white sugar and switching.

INGREDIENTS

YOU NEED TO HAVE A BOX SHAPE WITH CA. 30 CM IN LENGTH

  • 300 g Zucchini, like organic - coarsely grated
  • 350 g flour
  • 200 ml of vegetable oil
  • 150 g sugar, brown
  • 100 g almonds, ground
  • 3 Eggs, Size M
  • 1 Packet Of Vanilla Sugar
  • 3 TSP baking soda - for example, by the Emperor (it's in the back shelf)
  • 1 lime, Bio - abrasion and juice (for the topping)
  • Icing sugar - for the topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  • First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat heating.
  • The Zucchini a good wash, dry and on the coarse side of the Grater to RUB.
  • The eggs with the Oil, the sugar and vanilla sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Flour, baking soda and the pinch of salt and mix.
